Single Knot / Single Node Mobius Coils Since we seldom make these kind of mobius coils anymore, we will no longer be maintaining the instructions for making them on this page. We will still offer them (edited and revised for clarity somewhat) as a PDF download for the next few months and asses the demand for the information at that point. For the moment, the download remains a free one. There are a few other online sources of the information available through our links page. These coils were highly publicized by Don Croft, and are a familiar sight as the driving coil for SP devices. |

In my opinion, while many fine tools are made with this kind of coil, the toroidal coils offer significant benefits for radionics applications. Both varieties of mobius coils produce impressive Aetheric flux output in proportion to size. If you do a search on 'mobius winding', you will find many variations on the general theme of a toroidal path taken by the wire through the coil. There are many winding patterns that will work well enough to excite a small quartz crystal. If there is one node on the path taken by the windings, that is a single knot or single node style. If there are more than one node on the path taken by the winding, then the nodes can run together to form a torus. There are other tutorials on the web which show how to make the single knot style, and I will see abut linking to one of them. Modern single node and Modern Toroidal mobius coils both employ a helical twist to the cable, resulting in far more power output and higher generation of harmonic content than older mobius coil made form single wire windings. It also acts as a node which spans the entire length of the cable, radically increasing the amount of magnetic field cancellation when current is put through the finished coil. To download a PDF file with the illustrated instructions, right click here and select 'save target as...'. . If you are a webmaster with an online tutorial for these coils you would like us to link to, contact us with your website information. |
