This statement, rather sweeping, includes not
only things like molecules and atoms, but also more subtle ‘things’ like events,
and probabilities. All of that energy is organized by information, in
multudinous ways. It is organized into a spectrum. The Aether of which you may
have heard is not a part of that spectrum, so much as it is that from which the
spectrum, is produced. Aether is all of the energies in the spectrum, in a state
of potential existence only. Aether is what cosmic energy does when it’s not
bust being matter or energy.
As Aether splits and collapses into spectral energies, it self-organizes
according to the information it encounters. Spectral energies of similar or
complimentary type clump together, and form divisions in the greater spectrum.
Between this divisions are ‘levels’. If we likened the greater spectrum of
energy to the rainbow formed by splitting visible light, then each of the colors
in rainbow would represent a ‘level’ in the greater spectrum.
Each of the levels in the greater spectrum contain both matter and energy, and
each level is less dense than the level below it. Since each level contains both
mater and energy, each level forms a ‘holographic environment’... a world in
which experiences are possible. The energy that composes a chair, and the energy
that composes an electric arc are the same energy, but they carry different
information.
The energetic forces of an Entity carry information concerning what level it
exists on, whether it is an individual or a phenomenon, or event, and
information describing itself according to its kind.
Events: The energetic forces involved with the occurrence of an event carry
information regarding that event, the entities involved with that event, the
conditions preceding that event, and the conditions likely to antecede or
anteceding that event.
Living Beings: The emanations of an individual carry information concerning what
level/s it exists on, what in that level it’s matter and energy constitution is,
its status, its origin, and immediate probabilities with respect to events.
Places: The energy signature of a place carries information about what level it
exists on, what events have occurred, what events are likely to occur, what
individuals have been there, and its holographic environmental specifications.
Energy and information always go together, in some way. In order for Aether to
exist as matter (atoms), or ‘energy’ (charges, waves and flux) at all, it has to
have information describing the form it exists in, or it would be like all the
other Aether, invisible and only there as a ‘possibility’.
Radionic Data is what we call this information that organizes energy, and that
is why it has an effect. The physical universe can be likened to a hologram, and
both the objects and events that exist within that hologram are reflected in
coded information. A radionics machine is like a ‘code writer’ which lets you
write, edit, or delete some kinds of code from inside the hologram. If it has an
orgone generator, then it also can metaphorically supply some paper upon which
to write. This does not make you a good writer. So, I hope the reader
understands how important it is to treat the capacity to ‘write code’ with
neither casual disrespect nor undue reverence.
There are two broad categories of use for radionics devices. One of them is in
regards to demonstrable physical effects, and their uses in health and
agriculture, chemistry etc. The other is in regards to the more esoteric
principles of personal growth, manifestation and psionics . Both of these (often
opposed) points of view are brought together in the science of radionics.
Whichever of these broad categories you fit into (or neither), radionics is like
anything else in that you will get out of it what you put into it. In order to
become a competent practitioner, you will need to develop both a measure of
scientific comprehension, and a measure of inner mental/emotional control.
Anyone can learn to do this, provide they choose to do so.
There has raged, and continues to rage, a controversy on the subject of whether
radionics machines function according to mechanistic, energetic, predictable
‘laws of nature’ or whether they simply serve as a conduit or ‘prop’ for the
users own mental/biological energy. Having been
on both sides of this debate, it is now my opinion that the debate itself is
rather absurd, since both points of view apply. A radionics machine will (if it
is built correctly and with varying degrees of efficiency) be a conduit for and
an amplifier for the mental / biological / electromagnetic energy which it is
exposed to AND it will do so according to mechanistic, comprehensible,
predictable ‘laws of nature’.
In the quality of being a ‘conduit for ambient energy fields is to be found the
main benefit of radionics, for as the energy is ‘conducted’ through the machine,
the machine can ALTER the energy. Radionics machines can be used to ‘tweak’ the
energy signature of a microorganism, for example. In a simple usage, the machine
can be used to enhance of reduce the growth of the microorganism. In a more
complex usage, one can bring out and enhance some aspects of the microorganism’s
energy signature, and reduce or eliminate others, or add new aspects. The more a
user understand the concept of information describing everything, carried on the
energy which everything is ‘made of’... the better a radionics practitioner they
will be.
In metaphysics, an “Entity” is a specified person, place, event, idea, or
phenomenon. In a metaphysical usage of the word Entity, it can be applied to
anything, literally. It designates the subject or object of your operation, the
metaphysical work you are doing or wish to do. Each Entity has it’s own unique
spectral energy signature, and that energy signature contains information
describing the Entity. In Radionics, we are working primarily with 3 levels out
of the spectrum - see the chart.

Living beings like humans exist in all 3 of
these levels simultaneously. Take a few moments and get familiar with the
layout of the chart here in grey. Each horizontal row represents a level. The
left vertical column represents a level of consciousness in the individual. The
center vertical column represents the state of Aether which forms matter in that
level. The right vertical column represents the state of Aether which forms
energy in that level.
Each one of these squares influences, and is influenced by, the rest of the
squares. Aether links all the squares together, and flows between them all.
Radionics devices can, with varying degrees of efficiency, tune in to any one of
these squares. But in order to get anything to happen, you generally need to
tune in to at least two of them, and choose a path through which they will be
connected. One of them will serve as an input, and one of them wills serve as an
output. The output is where the effect show up, and the input is where the
organizing information and / or power are applied. Any square can serve as
either an input or output. Squares ‘above’ each other in the direction marked
‘up’ exert influence over the squares below them and beside them. The tend to
‘control’ the squares below them, and ‘consult’ with the squares beside them.
An example of the way that the chart represents reality is as follows. Each of
the horizontal rows is a plane of existence. Each plane of existence is divided
into the human state of consciousness associated with that plane, the stuff of
which matter in that plane is made, and the energetic driving forces which
‘generate’ the matter in that plane. For example, In the physical plane, the
normal waking state of mind is focused on the physical body, the matter is
formed of atoms, which combine as chemical substances, and electromagnetic
energies tell the atoms how to behave. It may not be a perfect system, but it
will get the basic concept across.
Below is an example (Fig.1), using the chart above, of what happens when a
person (not even using a radionics machine) gets positive physical results from
a placebo or from emotional therapies.
In this chart, and in the other
following charts:
PINK = INPUT (The energy
signature that you are using to start the process, and the power that you are
supplying to the process)
GREEN = OUTPUT (The Entity that you are directing the effects toward, and
the aspect of the entity that is most affected)
BLUE = PATH TAKEN (the manner in which the process is played out
mechanistically)
GREY = SIDE EFFECTS (aspects
of the Entity and environment affected as an indirect result of the process)

In the case of a placebo, the person inputs
energy in the form of emotional certainty that the problem will be fixed. This
emotional state is reflected in the person’s bioenergy fields, and in turn
reflected as changes to the person’s biochemistry, which results in changes to
the physical matter of the person’s body. Since as part of this process the
person’s overall state changes, the overall energy signature that is emanated
from them
also changes constantly. And since their emanations have an effect on
their environment, this results in side effects to the environments in the
squares marked grey.
The witness wells on a radionics machine act like a ‘magic link’ to any of the
squares. They allow you to take a sample and connect it to any of the squares.
Some squares are easier to get a sample of than others. While this is no doubt
only a partially accurate map, its value is in understanding exactly which of
the possible effects you want to get when you use the machine. You can use this
chart, or the general concept behind it, to deduce what kind of trend is
required for a given operation, and what kind of effects you can get from
different samples.

The ViBR III is built in such a way that no
matter what you do, these two squares will be either pink or green. This
(Fig. 2) is the ViBR sitting on the shelf, with no power connection but the unit
assembled (output connected to console with DIN Cable). Whenever the machine is
powered, the machine will generate a combination of Scalar and Orgone energies.
The type of sample used for the witness well, or the radionic data carried by an
audio signal will determine what other squares come into play.
For example, when you take a sample of a mineral and use it as a sample, you get
whatever that mineral has for an energy signature, combined with the energy
characteristic of the machine, and multiplied by the machine’s amplification
factor. The amplification factors of the ViBR will always be seen on the two 4D
squares illustrated above, but with the use of the radionic tuners and a
witness, you can designate additional squares to be pink or blue, to act as
inputs for information and outputs for effects.

Here is another example. This time, we are
taking a sample of a medicine, lets say its a chemical known to kill a
microorganism. (Fig. 3) We are using it in the trend witness well, and in
the target witness well we will have an aerial photograph of a farmer’s field.
In this case we are focusing on a chemical substance as the sample, even though
the actual sample itself is an energy signature. And we also want the results to
be on the physical level, we want the plant virus infecting the farmers plants
to go away. When the sample is placed in the witness well, the machine picks up
the sample by its EM and Bioenergy signatures, and modulates that signature onto
its broadcast frequency. Since the energy signature of the farmer’s field is
picked up mostly on the in the photograph, the information derived form that
photograph will be more in the 4D and 5D levels, since it is not a physical
sample of the site. However, a photograph can do something that a sample of soil
could not do nearly as well, which is to capture the mental concept (5D Thought
Form) of the whole field, thereby distributing the effects over a selected area.
What follows is another common type of usage, portrayed in the charts. This
depicts what is happening when we write out a slip of paper with our ‘Intent’ on
it. If a person is using the machine help with manifesting a desired change to
their life, the input and the output are both more concerned with the 4D level
than the 3D level (even though physical, concrete results may be what is
desired). Let us suppose that a person writes the word ‘Abundance’ on a slip of
paper, and uses it for the trend witness well. For the target witness well, lets
say they use a sample of their own DNA. Then they set the machine up to run.
There are two charts here, chart A and chart B.

Chart A represents what happens when a person
is clear-minded, unemotional, and momentarily possessed of the dispassionate
assumption that they are just setting a machine up and that’s that... while they
are writing down that word on the little slip of paper.
Chart B shows what happens when a person feels
strong emotions and passion while they are writing down that word, in either
an internally conflicted or undisciplined (unfocused) manner. You will notice
that slightly different things occur, which is important. In chart A, the actual
energy signature being worked with is the universal archetype of the concept of
abundance. In chart B, the actual energy signature being worked with is the
user’s emotional state at the time of writing. Since the concept of abundance is
a mental abstract, and not a chemical substance, emotion or biological
condition, chart A is a more efficient means of generating results. In Chart B,
much of the energy is dissipated as uncontrolled side effects, since what was
recorded was (for example) the emotions associated with experiencing poverty, as
opposed to the mental concept of abundance. Alternately, what was recorded on
the slip of paper may have been many different and contradictory ideas
concerning abundance, as opposed to a clear concept of what is desired.

The chart show here as chart B is useful for some
things, and not for others. It is useful for self-healing on the emotional
level, for example. Mental energy is more subtle than emotional energy. While
the ViBR III can take a mental energy sample and modulate it, it must have a
clear sample to begin with. And if a written witness slip is created during
times of intense emotional state, the emotional state will be recorded with more
clarity than the mental impression. Depending on the user’s skill in controlling
their emotions and visualizing things clearly, this can be very important to the
end result. For some kinds of samples, the user’s emotional state and thoughts
are very important, and for some kinds of samples they are not.
Bearing in mind that the two squares for 4D Bio Fields and 4D Scalar-Orgonic
will always be somewhat active as described above, I have not always portrayed
them as light pink and light green unless they are the designated ‘main’ input
or output of a given operation. In this case, the Scalar/Orgone energy is mostly
being used to take a 5D thought form and manifest it in 3D reality, so the role
of these squares is more accurately described by coloring according to their
role in the operation overall.
Samples which rely on the effects of a given mineral, substance, or frequency do
not require that the user be in a specific state of mind. The mental and
emotional state of the user is not as important with these kinds of samples. But
samples which rely on a written word, recording of your voice, or abstract
desired result require that the user be in a clear state of mind when the sample
is created. We may not be able to be calm and dispassionate all of the time, or
have our thoughts and emotions focused intently all of the time, but we can be
in this frame of mind for brief periods. And with trends involving written
samples or manifestation, it is best that we be matter-of-fact and dispassionate
while creating the written sample.
So, if you are trying to get a sample of an abstract thought, then be in a
thoughtful frame of mind while you write the sample. If you are trying to
get a sample of an emotional experience, then be very emotional, but make sure
that you are actually in the emotional state you wish to record. How can we that
emotional energy productively?

Here is another example (Chart B1 (B again, with
reduced side effects)). This depicts a method of using the machine to treat
depression. In this case, the person suffering form the depression uses a drop
of their blood for the target sample, and the word depression for the trend
sample. While they are writing the word ‘Depression’ on the slip of paper, they
can be as bloody miserable as they like, the more the better. Then the
machine is set up to run, but with one modification- the trend dials are
inverted so that instead of amplifying the trend sample, it nullifies the trend
sample’s energy signature.
The machine is first set to the setting for ‘depression’, and then set again to
the OPPOSITE of depression. The reason this example is given is to illustrate
the necessity of practicality on the part of the user... if the guy was
depressed in the first place, he’s not going to suddenly be cheerful just
because he wrote the word ‘cheerful’ on a slip of paper. Being depressed while
trying to write the word ‘cheerful’ for a sample would be an example of
‘internally conflicted’ mentioned above. But if use that sample and alter it,
sending it back to the user, then the process manifests changes both to blood
chemistry and emotional state of the target Entity.

One more example (Chart C) - this depicts one of
the simplest uses of the machine. Lets say that the user just picks up a piece
of their favorite mineral, one selected for its known metaphysical healing
properties. Perhaps a piece of turquoise, which has a mellow and soothing
quality. The user places the turquoise in the trend witness well and sets the
dials, and then leaves the target witness well empty. The first dial in the
target circuit is opened up just a little bit, we’ll say set at 1.
The result is that the ‘target’ (being undefined) is effectively the local area
of the machine, and the energy signature of turquoise is radiated to the
surrounding area, circulating the surrounding energy fields through and
revitalizing them in so doing. This kind of usage does not require any special
discipline on the part of the user, other than the ability to use the stick pad.
Even if the stick pad were not used, the dials on the trend circuit could also
be set at “1” and the energy signature of the turquoise would still be picked up
and radiated, just not as efficiently. This is shown in chart C.
Depicted in chart D is ‘Rife Mode’. (In this mode, the device is operation
like a big SP - a large scalar driven orgone generator, with the radionic tuning
as secondary effect, if applied at all). In this mode of operation, there is
no sample in the witness well, and the first dials of each radionic tuning
circuit are set to 1 (or whatever feels best).

Above, I have mentioned ‘Rife Mode’, which is my
rather broad term for the mode of operation in which the radionic tuning
circuits are secondary to the operation, or left our entirely. In This mode, the
user simply feeds a selected audio signal through the coil. Since the most
common, if not the only kind of audio signal which can be fed through the coil
is a frequency, or frequency set intended for Rife style therapy, i refer to
this as ‘Rife Mode’. This device is fundamentally different form the output
devices which Royal Raymond Rife built and used, though the same concept can be
applied using this output device instead of a plasma bulb.
With this mode of operation, the user sate of mind, emotional state, etc, do not
matter. The effects derived are from the effects of the frequencies themselves,
and do not require radionic data input in order to have an effect.
With practice, such effects can be made more pronounce by the judicious addition
of radionic trends, specifically the intent to focus on the effects of a given
frequency in eradicating a chosen parasite form the body, or things like that. I
say with practice, because the effectiveness of the frequencies themselves can
also be reduced by contradictory radionic trends.
