We are developing new methods to allow for consistent reproduction of quality with higher volume. We have made the decision that we would rather produce a good product and take the time to do so than mass produce mediocrity. Lead time for most items is ~3 months. While most "non-sensitive" people are able to feel bioenergy emissions from these devices, the fact that you may not be able to feel the energy does not mean that device is not working. The warranty is to cover the materials and workmanship, and not your ability or inability to sense bioenergy from the device. In order to try and save you some money on shipping costs, all orders outside North America are shipped via regular surface mail unless specifically otherwise requested. This is because you can quite easily spend more for air mail shipping on a small international order than the price of the order itself. We are, of course, quite happy to use air mail, registered air mail, courier or other means of shipping upon your request. All orders are carefully packed to protect the contents during shipping. When ordering products internationally, you may be charged applicable sales taxes and/or duties upon receiving the product. This is according to the policy of the government of the country you live in, and we have no control over this. Payment is accepted in CAD (Canada) dollars or equivalent USD, and payment options are listed on the products page. Paypal is the preferred payment method. My policy on product support is simple (excluding ebooks and TBs). For a period of one year from the date of purchase, if the device is found to be defective in materials or workmanship we will repair or replace it. You will have to pay the shipping to return it to us, but that will be the only cost to you. Custom work is available on request. All sales of custom work are final. The 50% deposit on items built to order is non-refundable, but you may cancel your order at any time before it ships and are (in the case of a cancelled order) not liable for the remaining 50%. With the exceptions of spam and flaming, we do our best to respond to all emails, but depending on how much volume of email we are receiving at a t given time, it may take us some time . Due to volume and time demands, I am no longer bale to accept rush orders. Due to volume and time demands, consulting is now a paid service. |
